One of Fleetwood's allocation of eight 'Crab' 2-6-0s during the late 1950s, No.42841 at the shed on 1st June 1957. Along with Nos. 42732, 42765, 42840, 42842 - 42844 and 42867 it would have been used on the fish trains as well as other freight and passenger work. No. 42841 was at Fleetwood until June 1964 when it moved to Lancaster Green Ayre.
