41285 spent its middle decade in the West Midlands, at Warwick, Rugby and Leamington. It was passing through Coventry station in April 1963 while it was on Leamington’s books and still has its pre-1957 BR emblem. Its regular duty since November 1958 had been on the thrice daily parcels train from Leamington to Coventry and Nuneaton.
