Following the withdrawal of Nine Elms’ BR Standard Class 3 tanks two Ivatt 2-6-2Ts arrived to work regularly on the Waterloo empty coaching stock duties. In April 1967 they were joined by three of the 2-6-2Ts which had worked on the Lymington branch, including 41312 which is busy in the carriage sidings at Clapham Junction.
