707 1938 Elstree

MR class 3P 4-4-0 No 707 approaches Elstree tunnel with an up parcels train in 1938. An interesting view of one of these locos in the short lived LMS block style livery of the late 30's. Also I dont think I have ever seen what appears to be an ex-LNWR dining carriage converted into a parcels van immediately behind the tender.
