58167 43210 1959-08 Spondon Sidings

Many withdrawn Midland engines were sent to Spondon Sidings for storage before they went to the cutter's torch. This August 1959 view shows 2F 0-6-0 No.58167, 3F 0-6-0 No.43210 together with an unidentified condensing fitted MR 3F 0-6-0T and MR 2P 40538. Both Nos.58167 and 43210 were scrapped by Looms of Spondon in September 1960.
