Ex MR/LMS No 3536, renumbered 58283 by BR lies at Bescot in 1959. It carries a hybid Johnson/Deeley cab with round spectacle windows but Deeley profile cab roof, unlike the similar engine behind, which has been fitted with the later Deeley cab. No 58283 was withdrawn from Bescot in March 1961 -one of the last survivors of its class.
