One of Newton Abbot's stud of "Castles", 7000, "Viscount Portal" is doing what they often did at Newton Abbot, and that is to work a local "all stations" stopper down to the terminus of the Torbay line at Kingswear from where it will be turned in readiness to head up to Bristol or Paddington on an eastbound express.
The tender has been freshly filled before 7000 left its home shed, and I have captured on film the splendid footbridge at this favourite holiay location here at Torquay, but look how clean everything is, not a bit of litter in sight!
