Great Western Railway designed Hawksworth 'Modified Hall' class 4-6-0 No. 6994 'Baggrave Hall'. Built at Swindon in December 1948 and withdrawn in November 1964.

A great portrait of pristine 'Baggrave Hall' at Old Oak Common MPD in July 1956. Baggrave Hall is a Grade 2 listed 18th C. country house in Hungarton, Leicestershire. It was built in Palladian style, in the 1750s, with a Swithland (yes THAT Swithland!) slate hipped roof and brick-ridge chimney stacks. So there!
