An unidentified Warship in the dying years of their life on a westbound (Down) freight.
Peter Kerslake adds: Entering Dawlish from the east the Warship is passing the section where the walkway along the sea wall was broken following objections by the wealthy residents of the mansions seen here to lesser mortals gazing into their windows and forcing them to pass by way of a less safe footpath at sea level until a bridge was built just up the line.
