LNER J38 0-6-0 No 65917 on coal hoppers probably bound for Kincardine Power Station waiting to leaving the short colliery branch at Dollar in c1965. As I always say, it is not a SPAD unless the drivers cab passes the signal (or no harm is done and no-one sees it.......) See other photo for view in opposite direction.
