6000 1962-09-02 Paddington
Working the 11.10am to Birkenhead, reporting No. M11. Paddington was always a difficult place to take photos because of the sun.
David was at Southall on the previous day, a Saturday and missed a photo of King George V as it came by. He mentioned this to the shedmaster and he kindly called his counterpart at OOC to see if he could roster it for a Down train on the following day. Sure enough on Sunday when David visited Paddington it was working this train!
