GWR King 4-6-0 No 6017 King Edward IV on an up express passing Dawlish in the early 1950s. Train reporting number 625 was the 8.30 Penzance to Paddington (Saturdays only).

Peter Kerslake adds "6017 was the seventh of the fourteen Kings to have new front frames when it returned to service in December 1955, but this image is certainly before that date."
