46242 1950c Camden
No 46242 City of Glasgow at Camden shed in c1950.
Peter Kerslake says "Camden's cleaners have clearly expended some time and effort on 46242 "City of Glasgow". Responsible for the initial collision at Harrow and Wealdstone on 8th October 1952 46242, although sustaining substantial damage, was the only locomotive of the three involved that day to be rebuilt. Following a year lout of service and at a cost of almost seven thousand pounds it was returned to traffic exactly twelve months later in October 1953.
