One of the post 1892 builds with smaller cab cutouts and later tenders with parallel sided relieving holes annd also fitted with a short F3 type chimney. Looking at the amount of clinker around the brazier, it has been in use for some time. It is suprising how strategically placed heat can stop freezing.
