In the London area soon after delivery in April 1962. The signals are MR and there is a London Transport bus garage with a sign I can just read saying 'Highgate Garage' in the background. This would be Highgate, Pemberton Terrace, renamed Holloway Bus Garage in 1971, with train just past Holloway Road station.
