GWR Hall 4-6-0 No 5987 Brocket Hall with the 8am Kingswear-Paddington (029) at Shiphay Bridge on 20 June 1959.

Peter Kerslake says "A fine study from the camera of the late Peter Gray, a renowned local photographer with Old Oak Common's 5987 "Brocket Hall" heading up towards Newton Abbot and home to Paddington on an express from Kingswear.
The load is substantial for a "Hall", ten coaches, and the engine survived until April of 1964."
