35006 1964-08 Weybridge
Robert Waterman says "Not 100%, but I think this is taken from Haines Bridge on Queen's Road, Weybridge looking back towards Oatlands and Walton-on-Thames. The train is a xx.54 Basingstoke stopper - these usually ran Local Road from Esher if they needed to keep out of the way of a following odd hour xx.00 West of England express running on the Through Road (despite being first stop Woking). I can't think of any other location that looks like this between Waterloo and Brookwood, where 4 track 3rd rail finished".
Confirmed as a Down train just in the position Robert describes. see D820 1967 Weybridge – in this there is a three doll bracket (with the center arm removed) the same bracket can be seen in the distant background to this one of 35006
