Ex-Highland Railway P. Drummond 'Castle' (LMS '3P') class 4-6-0 No. 14681 'Skibo Castle'. Built by in July 1902 as HR No. 146 and withdrawn in September 1946.

Two coaches are not exactly a taxing load for 'Skibo Castle' as it heads into Inverness in August 1939. The 'flat top' dome fitted to three of the 19-strong class does nothing for the good looks of this locomotive!
