BR Sulzer Type 2 No D7648 with a parcels train at Leeds City Station (Wellington Platform 6) in c1966. Loco looks in almost brand new ex-works condition. It was delivered to Tinsley (41A) on 1966/04/07. The new parcels lift does not quite look finished.
