The totems have been displaced by plain white signs and new lighting has been installed but the LNWR signalbox at the Birmingham end of Four Oaks station is still in use. The main station building on the Lichfield platform has gone, replaced by a typical 1970s ‘bus shelter’, and the goods yard is now overgrown and will soon become the station car park.
