Probably recently ex-works (HG completed 9/5/39) and now has reverted to yellow scroll and serif insignia with red shading.
Mike Christensen says "The train is on the Down Northampton line. The line via Weedon is in the foreground - goods lines outside the main lines. Rugby Radio Station masts in the background. All the signals in view are still the LNWR lower quadrants".
