34008 1967-03-27 Weymouth

SR Rebuilt West Country No 34008 formerly Padstow leaves Weymouth on the 16.00 Weymouth Quay-Waterloo on March 27th 1967, the bankler is Standard 5MT 73018. The Channel Island Boat Exxpress was running as an additional that day (Easter Monday), outside its regular period of operation. That is why the loco is displaying a special duty number (Spl.6), rather than the regular duty number (Nine Elms 135) for that train.
