6703 1930s Chester General Station

Ex-LNW 2-4-2T No 6703 at Chester General Station in the 1930s. The local train may be going to Bangor, where the engine was shedded (7B). It is carrying LMS 'hybrid' livery -black with insignia as if it was a crimson engine. Built in 1894 this engine was withdrawn in LMS days and failed to enter BR service.
