Robert Waterman says "I think this is just north of Tonbridge heading to London - the vans were for registered baggage and hence always at the London end. I believe the trunking on the LH side of the track supplied the Sevenoaks area third rail from the Tonbridge area long before electrification south of Sevenoaks. "
