34004 Yeovil ready for departure from Cannon Street with the 12.45pm SO to Ramsgate on 30th May 1959. The rebuilt Pacific is framed by the two towers which were Grade II listed; the one on the right housed a water tank which provided hydraulic power and water for locomotives. The overall iron roof had been removed at the start of the year, leaving the two towers in splendid isolation.
