34027 at Elmstead Woods station on 12 March 1959 with the 1.15pm Cannon Street– Ramsgate via Chislehurst Loop and Chatham. This was a Saturday lunchtime commuter service to cater for the then still common 5½-day working week. (note - the number on the headcode disc is the loco diagram, this was a 74B Ramsgate loco at this time, not the train reporting number..
