Peter Kerslake adds "The use of 9F 2-10-0s on the S&D dated back to March 1960 when 92204 was evaluated and worked with a 350 ton train. The outcome was successful resulting in the transfer a few months later of 92203-6 to Bath Green Park for that year's Summer services."
