The previous ex-LNWR tall repeater signal was taken down on 9 September 1963 [2], so the photo must have been taken after this date. After spending most of its working life at Wellingborough and Kettering MPDs, 92025 was shedded at Speke Junction (8C) from November 1964 to January 1967 when it moved to Birkenhead (8H).
