9F 2-10-0 No 92049 heads an up freight in the short gap between Litton and Cressbrook tunnels south of Millers Dale on 19th July 1963. This is actually Water-cum-Jolly-Dale, mid way between Millers Dale & Monsal Dale. There are not many photo's taken from this position as the approach was either through one of the tunnels,or by a narrow stoney & vertically exposed path,a slip from which would result in a 100 ft fall to the valley below.
