Peter Kerslake adds "The little wooden and white painted gate at the end of the short section of single track down from Bath Green Park, leads to a small goods yard, access to which was obtained by means of the single ground lever and frame in the Midford A box. The frame was worked in conjunction with the signalman at Midford and the yard had a small crane and goods shed, most freight traffic being of locally mined coal, livestock and animal feedstuffs."
