GWR 45XX 2-6-2T No 4552 climbing up from Boscarne Junction on 27 May 1961. Peter Kerslake adds " In typical Cornish scenery St. Blazey's 4552 heads a rake of loaded china clay wagons up the branch to Bodmin from where they will be worked down to the docks at Fowey or alternatively sent up to the Potteries via Lostwithiel and Plymouth. The wagons have been well sheeted over at the Wenford Bridge china clay drying houses to prevent the white struff from blowing away or getting wet."
