Strange to choose an ETH loco for a load of scrap!

David J. Hayes says "I'm guessing the MCO/MCV 16-tonners are loaded with scrap metal destined for Sheerness Steelworks, on the Isle of Sheppey. Not sure where the loco was based at this time but if a Western Region machine, then this might be a cross-London working from Acton Yard. Note Battersea Power Station in the background"
