GWR 2251 class 0-6-0 No 2209 inside Caerphilly Works on 27 April 1963. It was withdrawn off Newport shed the previous August, but the What Happened to Steam data has it going to Swindon Works for scrapping (observed twice there; on 12th April and 19th May), so something is incorrect. Observations at Caerphilly Works in 1963 seem very scarce.
