At York MPD in 1965, ex-North Eastern Railway W. Worsdell 'P3' (LNER 'J27') class 0-6-0 No. 65823, built by NBL of Glasgow in June 1908 as NER No. 1036. Also in view were ex-LNER Gresley 'V2' class 2-6-2s Nos. 60961 and 60837, along with BR Peppercorn 'A1' class 4-6-2 No. 60121 Silurian. No. 65823 was withdrawn in March 1967.
