NBR J36 0-6-0 comes round the curve from Falkland Road to Lochmuir summit with an up train of coal empties for the Fife coalfield in May 1950.
The second wooden PO wagon is from Ebbw Vale -a long way from home, a result of the 'pooling' since 1939.
