Hughes L&Y Class 28 No 52619 at Rhyl in 1952. Superheated 1912 development of the standard Aspinall Class 27, from which most (including this one) were rebuilt. No 52619 built originally 1909; w/d December 1953. These superheated 0-6-0s were scrapped much earlier than the saturated Class 27 locos, the last being scrapped in 1957.
