Following withdrawal 30052 was stored at Eastleigh shed from May to September 1964 being sold to Ward's Briton Ferry, it left Eastleigh on 10th September for transit to Severn Tunnel Junction via Salisbury. Evidently it was held at STJ for some time, moving on from there on 7th October to Briton Ferry.
