NER slotted post distant signal on the Leeds-Selby line near South Milford on 24 April 1955. It has suffered from a rotten base and supports made of old rail have been added on all four sides. I believe this is looking East towards Gascoigne Wood and the signal box in the distance controls the line coming in from Milford Junction.
