At Darlington in the 1930s C6 Atlantic No 704 awaits its next assignment. This was the penultimate class member of the second and final batch of 10 all of which were built at Darlington, (in 1910).
In 1/1947 it was renumbered 2947 but withdrawn the following November without becoming BR property.
