A nice period image - these locos always remind me of Switzerland. Trafalgar Yard is east of Manors is where the line left for the quayside. It is in the lined NER green which it received during a General overhaul at South Gosforth completed in June 1961has deteriorated. This was its first General since one in 1952 at Darlington!
