I have always assumed this is Addison Road, but I'm not absolutely sure. The polished dome is more typical of the pre-1918 period. There is an almost identical pic of 832 in Loco Illustrated No60, which thinks the date is circa 1913. However it has a snap rivet smokebox which dates from around 1920 onwards. The polished dome and safety valve might just be that it was well looked after, some local sheds polished domes which was unusual after the 1918 brass recovery drive.
