Dean GWR 4-2-2 No 3067 Duchess of Teck waiting to leave Paddington after fitting with the early parallel version of the standard 2 boiler (the taper versions would not fit between the drivers) and Belpaire firebox. Later fitted with the BR5 boiler with dome in September 1910.
