772 is a 645 class. It was never fitted with pannier tanks and was withdrawn in January 1934 from Croes Newydd. In 1921 and 1922 it was allocated to Birkenhead. In 1929 it started at Croes Newydd, went to Salop in October for a couple of weeks and then to Stafford Road Works for November and December.
