GWR Castle No 4099 Kilgerran Castle at Brositl Temple Meads. It carries a 83A Newton Abbot shedplate so it is before March 1955.

Peter Kerslake says "This is the southern side of Temple Meads so 4099 is doubtless heading home to Newton Abbot where it was housed until moving to Landore in October 1957, followed by Neath in June of 1961 before ending its days at Llanelly just two months after its final move there in July 1962."
