MR 4F 0-6-0 No 44066 with an Elmton & Cressell train on arrival at Chesterfield on 27 May 1954. MR 3F 43814 from Canklow is held on the goods line on an up freight. By 1952 only one train each way, Monday to Friday, served Clowne and Barlborough on this branch, timed to suit schools. That is quoted as withdrawn on 5 July 1954, so either the negative date is incorrect or the quoted date.
