BR class 42 B-B No D802 Formidable with the 3.30pm Paddington-Penzance at Old Oak Common East on 29 August 1959.

Peter Kerslake says "The third of the class 'Formidable' bearing a hand chalked Reporting Number heads westwards to Plymouth on the 3:30 p.m. from Paddington, due into North Road at Plymouth at 8:00 p.m.
Built in December 1958 and spending its short ten years housed at Plymouth's Laira D 802 was withdrawn from there in October of 1968".
