Morgan Morris adds additional information "The date that came with the neg of 1960 can not be right as two photos dated 1959 at St Rollox show the engine in fresh Ferret & Dartboard livery with a Pickersgill's 300 class tender and a wheel on the smokebox door.
The engine here more closely matches a 1953 Corkerhill shed photo I have that features a standard tender and without dog clips on the smokebox door.
Its hard to pin point a date but perhaps 1958 -the 1953 photo does not have a Cycling Lion on the tender and the engine here is lacking a tightening arm handle on the smokebox door, which it had prior."
