A pair of Fowler LMS class 3F 0-76-0Ts, Nos 7443 and 7235 (Ex MR) bank a northbound banana train up the Lickey incline in 1938. The LMS Banana vans are interesting the left hand one being of LNWR origin and the other MR (in late LMS livery with smalll lettering). It is also a late example of a brake van still carrying the remains of train reporting number racks.
