At Chinnor cement works, almost certainly D5535 as this was the only WR class 31 without headcodes at this time (allocated to 81A in November 1968) but the loco has no number nearest corner so is in the TOPS era.
I'm fairly sure it is not any of the WR skinheads 31110/117/121, going on the position of the electrification warning flash.
