Is there any way of identifying this Manor with just cabside plates?

Andrew replies "Out of all the 'Manors', allocated to Salop in this period before withdrawal, when they ran without nameplates I'm pretty sure 7822 Foxcote Manor and 7819 Hinton manor were the only ones to run without smokebox number plates. Hinton, however, had the number 7819 chalked on her buffer beam. Looking at the picture I'm quite confident the last two digits are 22"
